Cancellations

Things pop up, and we do understand. However, we require 48-hour notice for all cancellations. Appointments cancelled after this timeframe will; 1st time: result in the forfeiture of your deposit, 2nd time: be charged for the full amount of time scheduled.

Late Arrivals

Traffic happens! Please be sure to leave for your appointment with plenty of time to arrive at the time you are scheduled for. If you arrive late, you will be charged based on the time originally scheduled, and we are unable to extend your appointment as there are clients scheduled after you. 

Payments

We accept cash and credit cards.

Pre-Screening Call/Consultation

Electrolysis is suitable for all skin and hair types, but certain conditions, medications, recent procedures, or skin care routines may require a delay in initiating treatment or you obtaining clearance from your medical provider. A consultation is required prior to treatment, regardless of whether you have previously had electrolysis treatments. Visit the services page to book your pre-screening call. All services are by appointment only.
